Below are some technical tips, including free software downloads, on how to use our site to maximize your visit. If you have any additional questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
Printing: Any page, including the pop-up windows can be printed using keyboard shortcuts. On a PC, select Control P to print the active window. On a Mac, select Apple P to print the active window.
Downloads: This site is optimized for best viewing in Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator 4th generation or greater browsers. If you don't have the newest versions you can download them now for free: Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator.
Some documents require the use of Adobe's Acrobat Reader to view them. You can also download it for free: Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Screen Resolution: This site is best viewed at 800x600 or higher screen resolution. Visitors with a lower screen resolution may have to scroll to see all of the information on the site.
If you are on a Windows computer you can change your screen resolution by selecting 'Settings', then 'Control Panel' from the 'Start Menu'. From the Control Panel select 'Display' then 'Setting' and adjust the screen resolution in the lower right hand corner of the dialogue box. Select ok.
If you are on a Macintosh computer you can change your screen resolution by selecting 'Control Panel' under the Apple icon. Then select 'Monitors' and adjust your resolution accordingly. Select ok.
